Just great to have developed a set of tools that helps me manage stress and also great to have someone to talk to that can put things into perspective.

Great to get unbiased and independent feedback as this helps me gain perspective and context on what’s happening.

Was good to spend some time looking into the future and examining how I can achieve the future I want for myself. Really intrigued to formalise my values/belief system as I think this will be a great way to guide my next steps and allow me to get the best out of my next job experience.
